April 11, 2001 - Once again! Dancing like a monkey!

4 ounces more.. and counting.. He is now 2lbs and 12 ounces.... 4 more ounces and he is a 3 pounder .. (sounds like a burger eh? ) He gained 4 ounces Either way, he is doing great and he is a lot calmer now. He usually gets fussy when we change his diaper and take his temparature... Mommy Tamie couldn't stop herself from picking up Zeth anymore So after 3 days she got to hold Zeth tonight for half an hour......

April 12, 2001 - Too much pooping..

Zeth lose some weight today.. He had been pooping so much. Not in a bad way, but too much poop that it comes out of his diaper.. argh! They said its nothing bad and its normal... I just said, " its normal??? I don't remember pooping like during normal days"... His weight dropped to 2lbs and 7.8ounces

April 13, 2001 - Bath day...

That's it... too much pooping... time to take a bath..... He is gaining weight again.. he is now 2lbs and 8.2 ounces..

April 14, 2001 - When Mom and Dad freaked out.

Zeth gave us a heart-attack today. His heart dropped to 70 something (normally 150) when he choked on his milk.. He burps the milk out and it didn't come out so it probably kinda gagged him in a way that his breathing dropped so rapidly.. 2 nurses ran over to his incubator and helped him .. he did it about 3 times but the other 2 weren't as severe.. they're gonna angle his bed more so it doesn't happen again... if worse comes to worse, they will give him some medication to prevent that gagging reflex to happen again.. He is now 2lbs and 9.2 ounces

April 15, 2001 - HAPPY EASTER!!!!

Finally gained back the weight... with all those pooping... he worried us. He also stopped that choking thing that almost gave Tamie and I a heart attack. So far, all they did was instead of 30 minutes of feeding.. they spread it out a little more to 45 minutes.. that stopped the hick-ups.. It was kinda sad today at the nursery, most of the parents didn't show up.. then again, they never come at all... oh well. He is now 2lbs and 10.2 ounces.

April 16, 2001 - Tax Day.. His SSN card came in the mail. How Ironic.

Well, he is gaining weight... I didn't get my big 3.0 last week of Friday, but I'm quite sure we are getting it this week. He is now up to 2bls and 11.2 ounces. Five more ounces and he will hit the big 3.0. Zeth's calories was increased to 28 cc's and this caused him to spit up his milk a lot.. They are closely monitoring him to see if he can't tolerate too much calories. They had to try more calories and see if he can handle it since he has been so advance for his age.. We don't think he's handling it very well... but we will see toorrow.

To those who were planning on coming for the Baby Shower, please be advised that it is cancelled. We may plan on doing it on another time, but for now, we don't have any plans. Thank you and sorry if we caused you any trouble.

April 17, 2001 - Lost a little bit of weight.. coz of too much poop.

Yep, Zeth's weight went down again.. but just a little bit. Nothing bad or anything and could have been just the poop.. :) he is now 2lbs and 10.8 ounces... so the few .04 could have been a piece of POOP! LOL. Anyway, He is doing very well.....
